Hi All,

I sent an email last week about the new regulations relating to transfers of data outside of the EU. This will impact almost every company, including you!

The regulations state that you need to ensure that any data you transfer outside of the EU is protected to the same level as in the UK. Existing data protection measures may no longer be acceptable, even the USA Privacy Shield is no long considered safe

As part of your subscription we will review all your data transfers and provide the documentation, contracts and other measures you need to meet the new regulations. Just complete the Supplier Compliance Check list to help us understand which transfers you use and we’ll get in contact as soon as possible.

This will take some time so be sure to do it now! Remember, there is no transition period or protection from prosecution.

Good luck all.
